Concept 9 Skin

Is the middle image on the concept 9 design editable? I would like to put my logo and site name right in the middle where the image of the brain is. Thanks.

Yes it is, we've had people change that part of the skin in the past.

I like the Concept 9 skin very much, but I wanted to make sure it's 4.1.11 compliant and also how easy is it to change the background from black to a lighter white/light-gray/light-blue as well as various text color changes..
