I purchased all the options that came with my skin, yet it says I have to download the skin. Once I download it will that make my professional installation a moot point?

Wow a whole day goes by and no email response, no ticket response, no forum response, and no Admin profile responses. My money went through so please help when you can as I bought the skin with all the perks so I can use it.

For the record, downloading your skin won't invalidate your professional installation. You're free to download your skin as many times as you want.
